The process to update employee details is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the Employee name > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the existing employee details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details

The process to update Emergency Contact number and Sales Manager details in Details Widget is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the required Employee name > Details portlet > Employee details Widget > Edit (Pencil Icon)
By default system displays Employee details provided while creating a new Employee. If user wants to change Emergency Contact number click on the Edit option (Pencil Icon) at the top right corner of Employee details in Details portlet
Edit Emergency Contact

Sales Manager System automatically shows existing Sales Manager details and if user wants to update the Sales Manager details, user can click on Sales Manager name in Employee details widget and update the required changes.
The process to update Tag details is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the required customer name > Details Portlet > Tags Widget > Edit (+)
Employee Tags
User can click on “+” button in Tags Widget to add new LoB segment wise Tag & it shows the labels of LoB segments. User can select by clicking on the required LoB checkbox.
By default system displays LoB wise Tags details of the Employee and if user wants to update already existing LoB wise Tag of the Employee click on Edit (+) option at the top right corner of Tags widget and apply the details required

System displays already existing Profile picture of the employee and if user wants to change the picture, click on Edit (Pencil icon) option at the top right corner of the Profile Picture widget.
User can click on Edit (Pencil icon) symbol and select image from the local storage and upload.
Apply the required details and click on Save.
The process to update Family members details is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the required Employee name > Details portlet > Family members Widget > Edit (Three dots)
User can click on “+” button in Family members widget to add a new Family members & it shows the labels of Family members details. Fill the required fields & Save.
By default system shows existing Family members details of the employee and if user wants to change the existing details, click on Edit(Three dots) option at the right corner of the Family members widget.

System displays already existing document details of the employee and if user wants to add new documents, click on Edit (Pencil icon) option at the top right corner of the Documents widget.
Upload Documents
User can click on Edit (Pencil icon) to upload files from local storage.
User can add employee documents like PAN, address proofs, Aadhar card, Voter Id. Choose and upload the image by clicking on Save.
The process to update employee assets is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the required employee name > Details portlet > Employee Assets Widget > Edit (Pencil icon)
System displays already existing asset details of the employee and if user wants to change or update asset details, click on Edit (Pencil icon) option at the top right corner of the Employee Assets Widget.

Updates in Contacts Portlet
The process to update the address is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the required employee name > Contacts Portlet > Address Widget > Edit (Three dots)
User can click on “+” button in Address widget to add new address & shows the labels of address details. User can add Multiple addresses if the locations are different. Address can also be updated if it was overlooked while employee creation process.

The process to change the existing Geo Tagging details is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the required employee name > Contacts Portlet > Address Widget > Geo Tagging Widget > Edit(Three dots)
User can click on the Edit option (Three dots) to the right of Address Widget in Contacts Portlet and select by clicking on Geo Tagging option. This feature allows user to add location of the employee by saving GPS location, enabling the user to track the employee’s location easily. If user wants to enable Geo tagging feature, click on Save and it reflects in the Address Widget.
The process to change the existing Employee Payment method is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Employees App > Listview > Select the required employee name > Contacts Portlet > Employee Payment Widget > Edit (Pencil icon)
System displays already existing Employee Payment method for the employee and if user wants to change or update Payment method, click on Edit (Pencil icon) option at the top right corner of the Employee Payment method Widget.
