The BizGaze’s “Gallery” app is a digital platform that enables organizations to efficiently manage, display, and share event photos. It offers features like organizing photos into albums, tagging individuals, and providing easy access to event memories for participants
Portlets & Widgets
In the layout view, a Portlet accurately represents each functionality, and its corresponding data is precisely viewed as a Widget. The following section includes the default portlets and widgets of the Gallery App.
Photos
This widget contains and displays the Event Photos uploaded
| Field name | Description |
| Media |
The system displays photos and media of an Event. The system displays only five photos on the screen, user can click on ‘View All’ to view all the Media content. User can click on the Photo and select ‘Play’ option for a slide show. |
| Favourite | User can click on Heart icon to favourite a photo |
| Refresh | User can click on Refresh icon to refresh the photo |
| Delete | User can click on Delete icon to delete a photo |
| Share | By clicking on the Share icon, user can share the selected photo with a social media app |
Gallery Details

| Gallery Name | Name of the Gallery is displayed. The Gallery name usually the name of the Event |
| Created Date | Displays the date when Gallery is created |
