Introduction
Roles in an organizational context refer to the specific set of responsibilities, duties, and expectations assigned to an individual or a group of individuals within an organization. Roles define the functions and contributions expected from employees based on their job titles or designations. Each role typically has a unique combination of tasks, responsibilities, and authority levels associated with it.
The BizGaze’s “Roles” App helps organizations effectively manage roles by providing tools for role definition, assignment, hierarchy, access control, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
