The update process of the Payment Mode is as follows:
Navigation : Menu > Settings > Search for the Payment Mode App > Listview > Select the Payment Mode > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Payment Mode details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Payment Mode
Field name | Description |
Payment Mode | The system automatically shows the name of the Payment Mode; if user wants to change it, enter the new name for the Payment Mode |
Unique Key | The system automatically shows the Unique key for the Payment Mode; if user wants to change it, enter a new unique key (Code) |
Payment Journal Type | The system automatically shows the Payment Journal Type name; if user wants to change it, select the payment journal type from the drop-down list |
Receipt Journal Type | The system automatically shows the Receipt Journal Type name; if user wants to change it, select the receipt journal type from the drop-down list |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save
