The update process of SMS Provider is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search for the SMS Providers App > Listview > Edit (Pencil icon)
If user wants to update the already existing SMS Provider details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details
Edit SMS Provider
| Field Name | Description |
| Provider Name | The system by default shows the SMS Provider name; if user wants to change it, enter the SMS provider name in the field |
| Series | The system by default loads the series as SMS Providers |
| URL Details | |
| Outgoing SMS URL | The system by default shows the Outgoing SMS URL of the Provider; if user wants to change it, enter the URL for the Outgoing SMS |
| Incoming SMS URL | The system by default shows the Incoming SMS URL of the Provider; if user wants to change it, enter the URL for the Incoming SMS |
Apply the required changes and click on Save
