This section contains the details like Name, Short code, Series of the Mileage setting

| Mileage Unit | The mileage unit name is displayed. The mileage unit is a measurement used to quantify the distance traveled by a vehicle. It is used if the expense type category is selected as travel like Km/hr. KM, Meters and etc. |
| From Date | It refers to the date from which the setting will be applied for the Mileage |
| Vehicle | It refers to the Vehicle name selected while creation process |
| Category | Category refers to the expense category created for which the mileage setting is to be applied |
| Mileage Rate | The mileage rate refers to the predetermined monetary value assigned to each unit of mileage traveled by an employee or a vehicle for business purposes. It is typically used to calculate the expense associated with business travel and calculated based on the distance & rate assigned. |
