Stage Workflow

Draft | It is a preliminary stage where the warranty document is being prepared but has not been finalized or made active. |
Active | The warranty is considered valid, and the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty document are applicable |
Approval | The process of reviewing and granting authorization for the warranty |
Completed | The warranty coverage has expired or fulfilled its duration as outlined in the warranty terms |

Field name | Description |
SKU | SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique identifier assigned to a particular item or product for inventory management purposes. It is used to track and manage the item within the company’s inventory system and can be used for reference in warranty-related documentation |
Item Name | Item name represents the specific name or description given to the item or product covered under the warranty. It helps identify and distinguish the item from others and provides a reference for warranty claims or inquiries |
Serial No. | The system generated serial number of the item is displayed. Serial Number is a unique alphanumeric code or identification number assigned to an individual item or product. |
Activity
Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
