The creation process of the Project
Navigation: Menu > Apps > Projects App > Listview > Click on Create (+)
The fields which are in star mark are mandatory in the creation screen.
Create Project
Field Name | Field Description | Mandatory |
Project Name | Enter the name for the project | Yes |
Project Group | Select the Project group name from the drop-down list | Yes |
Project Manager | Select the Manager name from the list to assign the Project | Yes |
Series | The system by default takes series as Projects | Yes |
Start Date | Select the starting date of the Project from the calendar | Yes |
Is End Date Undefined | User can click on the Toggle to define a End date for the project. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled | – |
End Date | Select the end date of the Project from the calendar | Yes |
Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the Project | – |
Apply all the details and click on Save
