SKU Recommendation Rules Overview

Article sections

    Introduction

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) Recommendation Rules are predefined guidelines or algorithms used to suggest or determine appropriate SKU assignments or allocations for products within an inventory management system. These rules are designed to optimize inventory allocation, storage, and tracking based on factors such as product characteristics, demand patterns, sales history, and supply chain considerations.

BizGaze’s “The SKU Recommendation Rules” app helps organizations make informed decisions about how to categorize and assign unique identifiers (SKUs) to their products within the inventory system.
