The creation process of the Coupon Request is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Coupons App > Coupon Request App > Listview > Create (+)
Note: All the star marked (*) fields are mandatory
Create Coupon Request

| Product Code | Select the product code from the drop-down list to request coupon | Yes |
| Series | By default the system takes series as Coupon Requests | Yes |
| Vendor | Select the name of the Vendor from the list | Yes |
| Requested Coupons | Enter the quantity of coupons to request | |
| Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the Coupon requests | No |
Apply all the details and click on Save.
