The creation process of the Mileage Settings is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search the Mileage Setting App > Listview > Create (+)
Create Mileage Rate

| Mileage Unit | Select the Mileage Unit from the drop-down list | Yes |
| Category | Select the category from the drop-down list apply the setting | Yes |
| From Date | Select the effective date and time of the Mileage setting | Yes |
| Vehicle | Select the vehicle name from the drop-down list | Yes |
| Mileage Rate | Enter the Mileage rate value in the field | Yes |
| Series | By default the system takes series as Mileage Settings | Yes |
| Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the Mileage Settings | No |
Apply all the details and click on Save.
