Update
The update process of the Integrator
Navigation: Menu > Integrator App > Listview > Select the Integrator > Edit (Pencil icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Integrator details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Integrator
Field name | Description |
Integrator Name | By default the system shows the name of the Integrator; if user wants to change it, enter a name for the Integrator |
Provider Name | By default the system shows the Provider Name of the Integrator; if user wants to change it, select provider name from the list |
Is User | By default the system shows whether the Integrator is a user or not. If user wants to change it, click on the toggle to enable/disable. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled. |
Description | User can comment or enter short notes about Integrator |
Apply all the required details and click on Save
Updates in Details Portlet
The update process of the Service Integrator
Navigation: Menu > Integrator App > Listview > Select the Integrator > Details Portlet > Service Integrator Widget > Edit (Pencil icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Service Integrator details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option (Three Dots) besides the Service Integrator widget
Edit Service Integrator
Field name | Description |
Display Text | Enter the text to be displayed on the vouchers |
Last Sync Date/From Date | Select the last recent sync date or the From date of the Integrator from the calendar. System automatically takes the last provided date if not given new date |
Is To Date | User can click on the Toggle (Toggle turns into Green in color) to select whether the Integrator has a To date. Select the last date from the calendar to provide last date or end date to the Integrator |
Is Update | User can click on the Toggle to select whether it is up to date not (Toggle turns to Green in color when selected) |
Apply the required changes and click on the Save
