The process to edit the Product details is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Search for the Products App > Select the Product > Listview > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Product details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Product
| Field name | Description |
| Product Name | By default the system shows the name of the product |
| HSN Code | By default the system shows the HSN code of the product; if user wants to change it, select the HSN code of the product from the list |
| LoB | By default the system shows the LoB segment of the product; if user wants to change it, select a new LoB segment of the product from the list |
| UoM | By default the system shows the name of the measurement unit of the product; if user wants to change it, select the UOM of the Product from the list |
| Inventory Type | By default the system shows the inventory type of the product; if user wants to change it, select the inventory type from the list |
| Item Group | By default the system shows the Item Group name of the product; if user wants to change it, select the item group name from the list |
| For Advanced Options, click on ‘More Options’ | |
| Manufacturer | By default the system shows the Manufacturer name of the product; if user wants to change it, select the Manufacturer name from the list |
| Item Label Type | By default the system shows the Item Label Type of the product; if user wants to change it, Enter the label type from the list i.e., Nos, LOT |
| Multiple UOMs |
By default the system shows whether the Multiple UOMs option is enabled or not. If user wants to change it, click on the toggle. When a user enables “Multiple UOMs”, the toggle turns to Green in color and Red when disabled. User can click on the toggle to enable “Multiple UOMs” |
| Manual UOM |
By default the system shows whether the Manual UOM option is enabled or not. If user wants to change it, click on the toggle. When a user enables “Manual UOM”, the toggle turns to Green in color and Red when disabled. and provide the details required. Conversion UOM : Select the conversion unit of measurement from the list |

| Image URL | By default the system shows the image of the Product; if user wants to change it, select the Product image from the local storage and upload |
| Description | User can enter the additional information about the product |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save
