A Salary Template is a predefined structure that outlines the components and calculations of an employee’s salary, including basic pay, allowances, deductions, and taxes.
The BizGaze’s ‘Salary Template app’ helps organizations streamline their payroll processes by allowing them to create and manage standardized salary structures. It enables HR and payroll teams to easily configure various components like basic pay, overtime, bonuses, and deductions within a template.

Salary Components
This widget contains basic information about the Salary Components
| Field name | Description |
| Salary Earnings | Salary earnings refer to the monetary amounts an employee receives as compensation for their work. Salary earnings include various components like basic pay, allowances, and bonuses that contribute to an employee’s total income. |
| Monthly | the total compensation an employee receives for one month of work. This includes their base salary, any fixed allowances, and additional earnings for that particular month |
| Annually | the total compensation an employee receives over the course of a year. This includes all salary components, bonuses, and allowances that the employee is entitled to receive throughout the year. |
