The process to Edit the Default Presence Settings is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Apps > Settings > Search for the Present By Default App > Select the Group Name > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Default Presence Settings, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Present By Default

| Group Name | By default the system shows existing name of the group; if user wants to change it, enter a new name for the group to apply the default presence settings |
| Series | The system automatically takes series as Present By Default |
| Effective From | By default the system shows existing start date of the default presence settings; if user wants to change it, select the new start date from the calendar |
| Effective To | By default the system shows existing end date of the default presence settings; if user wants to change it, select the end date from the calendar until when the default presence settings should be applied |
| Description | User can write short notes or comments about the Default Presence Settings |
Apply the required details and click on “Save”
