The creation process of a Holiday is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Apps > Settings > Search for the Holidays App > Create (+)
Note: The fields which are in red star mark are mandatory
Create Holiday

| Holiday Name | Enter the name of the Holiday | Yes |
| Series | By default the system takes series as Holidays | Yes |
| From Date | Select the starting date on which a holiday begins from the calendar | Yes |
| To Date | Select the concluding date of a holiday period from the calendar | Yes |
| Applicable For | Specify for whom the holiday period is relevant to, whether Branches or Shifts and user needs to select required Shift names or Branch names from the list respectively | Yes |
| Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the Holiday | No |
| Image | User can upload a relevant image of the Holiday by clicking on the ‘Upload’ template and select an image from the local storage | No |
Apply all the details and click on “Save”
