The creation process of Loans & Advances is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > HRMS > Loans & Advances App > Listview > Create (+)
The fields which are in red star mark are mandatory
Create Loans
| Field name | Description | Mandatory |
| Loan Name | Select loan name from the drop-down list | Yes |
| Loan Amount | Enter the value of loan amount | Yes |
| Employee Name | By default the system loads name of the employee | Yes |

| Series | The system automatically takes series as loans | Yes |
| Reason | User can comment or enter short notes about loan | No |
| Save As Draft | Users can click on ‘Save as Draft’ option for future reference. | |
Apply all the details and click on “Save”
