The update process of the District is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Address > Districts App > Listview > Select the District > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the existing District details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit District
Field name | Description |
District Name | The system automatically shows the name of the District provided while creation of the city; if user wants to change it, enter a new name of the District |
Code | The system automatically shows the short name of the District; if user wants to change it, enter a new short name for the District |
State Name | The system automatically shows the name of the State the District belongs to; if user wants to change it, select a new State name from the drop-down list |
Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the District |
Apply the required changes and click on Save
