This section contains the basic details, GST details, branch details and branch settings of the company
Details
| Field name | Description |
| Company | Displays the name of the company. |
| Code | The company short code is displayed |
| Branches | Displays the branch details and address of the company. Businesses can have multiple branches. User can create or add new branch by clicking on CREATE (+) and enter the details |
| GST details | The GST details of the company. User can add GST details of the company branch by clicking on CREATE (+) |
Settings
In this section, the user can add direct sales settings regarding to whom it sells its products, transfers, competitors, and influencers can be added.
User can Configure Settings to the data related to selling and buying by clicking on EDIT Settings.
| Field name | Description |
| Sell to | User can add details by selecting from the list to whom the company is selling it’s product to |
| Buy From | User can add details about from where the goods can be brought can be added from the list |
| Competitor Type | User can add the type of the competitor from the list |
| Sell to Influencer | User can add details about to whom they are selling their products from the list of influencers. |
| Buy From Influencer | User can select details about from where the goods can be bought from the influencers list |
| Transfer To | User can add details by selecting from the list about to where the transfer of goods or services can be transferred |
| Transfer From | User can add by selecting from the list from where the transfer of goods or services can be transferred |
| Transporters | User can add by selecting from the list of the name of the transporter |
Click on SAVE to save the details of direct sales

This section shows the details about the stage changes and track history of the company’s time-line.
| Comments | User can write short notes or comments about the company |

| Created By | The name of the person who created the company |
| Last Updated Date | The last stage changed of the company |
| Last Updated By | The name of the person who last updated the stage |
| Status | This section displays the current status of the company |
