    Overview

     

    Customer Credit Health

    Credit Limit Customer’s credit limit amount is displayed. It is the maximum amount of credit that a customer is willing to extend for the purchase of goods or services is known as credit limit.

    By default system will show credit limit of the customer or user can enter the Credit Limit Manually

    Avail Limit Available Credit Limit Amount of the customer is shown here.

    If the credit limit exceeds, amount is shown as negative (-) balance

    Credits Displays amount of the Returns, Credit Notes & wallets created for the customer. User can click on the hyperlink at the top right, which directs to “Credits and Advance Receipts” module.
    Due Amount due by the customer is displayed. Due is an outstanding amount of balance unpaid for an invoice/bill for goods or services rendered by the customer. User can click on the hyperlink at the top right, which directs to “Dues” module.
    Over Due Overdue is the amount that is not paid, even though it is later than the date on which amount should have been paid. Penalties/Interest can be applied based on the Overdue Amount for the Customer. User can click on the hyperlink at the top right, which directs to “Overdue” module.
    Clearance The amount for which the receipts were created but not yet confirmed. User can click on the hyperlink at the top right, which directs to “Clearance” module.

    Ledger Report

    The ledger report contains the account details like Ledger name, ledger group, (Opening balance) OB date, Closing balance including every transaction detail going in and out of the accounts.

    Field name Description
    Ledger name Ledger account name of the company is displayed
    Ledger group Ledger group name of the ledger account
    OB date Opening balance date (OB date) of the ledger account
    Opening bal. Displays Opening balance amount of the ledger account
    Closing bal. Closing balance amount of the ledger account

     

    Value Total value of the order amount is displayed
    Purchase qty Displays total purchase orders quantity
    Discount amount Total discount applied to the order quantity

     

    Field name Description
    Pending payments The orders which were not Proceeded till completed stage and payment is yet to be made
    Pending Orders Orders which are not yet confirmed are shown in this section. These are partially placed orders which are waiting / pending final confirmation
    Pending Invoices The pending invoice has yet to be paid and is not past due. Invoices that attempt collection using the account’s billing information are immediately marked as Paid or Past Due, depending on the transaction’s outcome.
    Campaign Summary A campaign summary is a period in which rewards and offers are gained during the period
    Customer Tag collection Displays company’s Tag group name. Tag enables grouping of different entities within a system which can be defined by each organization based on the analytic reports required. (Ex: Zone wise grouping of customers)
    Opportunities Details of the opportunities are displayed. An opportunity allows a company to expand current operations, launch new offerings, and make a profit
    Estimates Estimate orders consists the items with a defined quoted price and negotiation is acceptable to close a deal

    Basic information about the organization can be found here.

    Field name Description
    Org name Displays organization name
    PAN no. PAN number associated with the registered company
    CIN Corporate Identification Number of the company. A CIN is a unique number assigned to registered businesses by the Registrar of Companies at the time the certificate of incorporation is issued.
    Global CIN Global company identification numbers are specific to countries, similar to CINs.
    Contact name Displays salesperson name or contact person of the organization
    Organization type Displays whether the organization type is Individual or Walk-In.

    User can click on Edit option (Pencil Icon) to change organization type and click on Save.

    Organization Group

    This section comprises the Organization group name and the CIN number.

    Field name Description
    Group Default organization group will be loaded. If the user want to change the Organization Group he can edit and update the organization group
    CIN Default CIN Number will be generated. CIN is the Corporate Identification number allotted to all registered companies under ROC

    By clicking on Create option, Users can edit Organization group name, CIN number and stage.

    Organization Group Change

    Field name Description
    Group Select organization group name from the list
    CIN Enter CIN number of the company. CIN is the Corporate Identification number allotted to all registered companies under ROC

    Apply all the details and click on Save.

    LoB (Line of Business)

    Field name Description
    LoB Line of Business segment of the organization.
    Tag LoB wise Tag of the organization. Tag enables grouping of different entities within a system which can be defined by each organization based on the analytic reports required. (Ex: Zone wise grouping of customers)
    Create option: Users can click on Create option to add LoB wise tags
    Create LoB: Click on the checkbox to select LoB wise Tags of the organization

    Apply the required details and click on Save.

    Rules

    A manual price override is a feature of a business management system which allows an authorized person to change the automated price of a product or service, in order to apply a discount.

    Field name Description
    LoB Line of Business (LoB) segment of the company
    Payment term Payment term refers to Specific term of days or Period for which the Invoice due to be cleared. If the Payment Term Exceeds Penalties/Discount can be applied for Late & early Payments.

    By default system will load payment term based on configured Payment Term rules or user can select the payment term manually

    Price code Displays Price code name. Company offers a feature to offer discounts on orders (tag wise) to specific customers or for specified quantity.

    User can click on Create to over ride manual payment and price code.

    Manual Payment and Price code

    Field name Description
    LoB Select Line of Business (LoB) segment of the company
    Manual payment term over ride User can change the Payment term configured for the customer by tagging and user can manually select the Payment term
    Manual Price code Over ride User can change the Price Code rule configured for the customer by tagging and user can manually select the Price code.

    Apply the details and click on Save.

    Documents Files or documents of the organization or customer can be stored. Click on Add (+)  to upload files from the local storage.

    GST Details

    This section contains GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) details of the customer.

    Field name Description
    GSTIN no. GSTIN number of the customer is displayed
    GST valid from date Start date of the GST validity period
    GST valid to date Expiry date of GST validity period
    Address name Address name of the customer

    User can Click on Create (+) to add organization’s GST details.

    Create GSTIN

    Field name Description
    GSTIN no. Enter GST number of the organization
    GST valid from date Choose a valid start date for GST from the calendar
    GST valid to date Select last valid date of GST from the calendar
    Address name Select address name of the organization from the list

    Apply all the details and click on Save

    Field name Description
    Sales Manager Sales manager details and contact information are displayed
     

    Followers

    Followers details of the customer are displayed. The followers represents as point of contact in the absence of actual salesperson.
    Click on Create (+) and select from the list to add followers to the manager.
    TCS contacts

    (Tax Collected at Source)

    It is a tax amount owed by a seller that he collects from the customer when selling goods or services.
    User can create TCS contacts by Clicking on Create and enter the details. User can also add multiple TCS contacts by clicking on Add option.

    Apply all the details and click on Save.

    Contacts

    Contact section contains the address details and contact information of the organization.

    Contact Point

    This section contains owner details of the customer/organization

    Field name Description
    Name Point of contact person’s name
    Designation Designation of the contact person in their company
    Phone number Phone Number of the Point of Contact Person
    Email Mail id of the customer is displayed

    User can click on Create to add contact information, designation of the customer.

    Create contact point

    Field name Description
    Name Enter the Point of contact Name
    Designation Select the Designation of the Point of Contact like what he does in the company
    Phone number Enter the Phone Number of the Point of Contact Person
    Email Enter the Mail ID of the point of contact
    Branch Select branch name from the list

    Apply all the details and click on Save

    Address

    This section contains the address information of the customer.

    Field name Description
    Address Billing address of the customer is displayed
    City City name and pin code of the city address are displayed
    GSTIN GSTIN number of the customer is displayed

    User can click on Create option to add address details of the customer.

    Create Address

    Field name Description
    Address name Enter a quick identification name for the address
    Pin code Enter pin code of the address. Pin code, also known as Postal Index Number (PIN), is a unique code consisting of six digits that is used in India to identify specific geographic regions.
    Address line 1 Enter details of the address line 1
    Address line 2 Enter details of the address line 2
    City Select city name from the list
    Landmark Enter any landmark location of the address for quickly identification
    GSTIN no. Select the GSTIN number of the customer’s organization
    Is cash customer? Click on the toggle if user is a cash customer. A cash customer is one who pays the amount via cash mode. (Toggle turns to Green in color when selected)
    Capture GPS coordinates Click on the toggle to allow the capture of GPS coordinates.

    Click on Save and the address details are added.

    Contact Alias

    Field name Description
    Alias name Displays alias name or other name of the point of contact customer
    Alias CIN Displays alias CIN of the point of contact customer

    User can click on Create(+) option to add alias details

    Create Alias

    Field name Description
    Alias name Enter alias name or other name of the point of contact customer
    Alias CIN Enter alias CIN code of the point of contact customer
    Description User can comment or enter short notes about alias name

    GST Details

    This section contains GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) details of the customer.

    Field name Description
    GSTIN no. GSTIN number of the customer is displayed
    GST valid from date Start date of the GST validity period
    GST valid to date Expiry date of GST validity period
    Address name Address name of the customer

    Click on CREATE (+) to add GST details and enter the details required. User needs to provide the GSTIN details of the company.

    Field name Description
    GSTIN no. Enter GSTIN number of the customer
    GST valid from date Select start date of the GST validity period from the calendar
    GST valid to date Select expiry date of GST from the calendar
    Address name Select address name of the organization from the list

    Apply the required details and click on Save

    Phone Number

    This section contains the contact phone number of the customer

    Field name Description
    Number type Displays phone number type like Personal, Office, Home, Others
    Phone type Type of phone like landline or mobile
    Mobile no Phone number of the customer is displayed

    User can click on Create to add Phone number, type of phone number and verify the registered phone number of the customer.

    Field name Description
    Number type Select the Number Type like Personal, Office, Home, Others.
    Phone type Select type of phone from the list like landline or mobile
    Mobile no Enter phone number of the customer

    Click on Save to phone details are added.

    Email ID

    This section consists of email details of the customer.

    Field name Description
    Email type Type of email of the customer like Work or Personal is displayed
    Email Email address provided by the customer

    Users can click on Create to add Email ID of the customer and type of Email (work or Personal)

    Add Email

    Field name Description
    Email type Select type of email of the customer like Work or Personal
    Email Enter email address of the customer

    Click on Save and Email details are added.

    URL

    This section contains URL link of the customer.

    Field name Description
    URL type URL type of the URL provided by the customer
    URL URL provided by the customer is displayed

    Users can click on Create to add the URL and type of URL of the customer.

    Customer URL

    Field name Description
    URL type Select URL type from the list of Custom, Facebook, Google, or Twitter
    URL Enter URL link of the customer

    Click on Save and URL details are added.

    Activity Log

    Activity is the current stage and recent stages of that particular order. It gives the current stage, timeline of the stage, audit and the updates about the order.

    Comments Comment or write short notes about the customer
    Audit
    Created Date Date of creation of the customer
    Created By Name of the person who created customer
    Last Updated Date Last updated date of the customer
    Last updated by Name of the person who updated the stage
    Status Current status of the customer
    Time-Line This widget tracks all the activities within the app.

    Followers

    The followers represents as point of contact in the absence of actual salesperson. This section contains Followers details of the customer

    Field name Description
    Name Name of the follower added is displayed. The followers represents as point of contact in the absence of actual salesperson
    Designation Designation of the follower is displayed

    Click on Create (+) and select from the list to add followers to the manager.

    Field name Description
    Follower Name Select follower name from the list. Users can add multiple followers to the manager

    Apply the required details and click on Save.
