The creation process of Phone book
Navigation: Menu>Phone book App > List View > Create (+)

| Title | Select title from the list | No |
| Name | Enter contact person name of the organization | Yes |
| Legal name | Enter the legal name or full name of the person | No |
| Date of birth | Select date of birth of the person from the calendar | No |
| Language | Select language name from the list | No |
| Date format | Select format of the date from the list | Yes |
| Time zone | Select time zone of the location | Yes |
| Description | User can comment or enter short notes | No |
| Image URL | User can click on Choose Image and upload image of the contact/company from local storage | No |
Apply all the details and click on “SAVE”
