Introduction
An additional discount can be offered for an item when a coupon is applied. Coupons enhance marketing and sales performance which helps in implementing sales and marketing strategies more effectively.
“Bizgaze” coupons application provides users to manage coupons for each line of business. Coupons can be grouped by differentiating among Distributors, Retailers, and Customers, which makes it easy to manage multilevel coupon management systems for future marketing promotions or to set the ideal targets for distributors and retailers.
Stage WorkFlow
The default stages of the Coupons App are:
Stages are the validation and usage tracker activity of individual coupon. A coupon can be moved from one stage to another stage.

| In-Active | An expired coupon or Inactive |
| Redeemed | A Coupon maximum redeemed |
| Unredeemed | A Coupon not yet used/redeemed |

Portlets & widgets
A layout view defined by the individual functionalities are called portlets and each functional data is designed and viewed in small composition called widgets. The default portlets and widgets for a coupon are as follows:
Dispatch and Receive

| Authentic Coupon | Displays the current stage of the coupon. |
| Registered at Plant | Displays whether the coupon is activated/registered at the plant or not |
| Plant register date | The date of the registration of coupon at the plant |
| Dispatch from Plant | Displays whether the coupon generated is active or not |
| Dispatch from Plant date | The date of the coupon dispatched from plant is displayed |
| Dispatch location | The location of the coupon generated/source location |
| Dispatch from go-down | Displays whether the coupon transmitted form go-down or not |
| Dispatch from go-down date | The date of the coupon dispatched from go-down is displayed |
Coupon Submission
This section contains the submission details of the coupon dates

| Generation month | The month in which the coupon was generated is displayed |
Related Details
This section contains the details related to the products, offers and plan for which the coupon can be applied to

| UIN Outer master | Displays the secondary coupon which is generated to the set of coupons. UIN stands for Unique Identification Number |

| Plan name | Displays the name of the plan in which coupon was offered |
| Assigned contact | Displays the contact name assigned for the coupon |
Scrap details
Scrap indicates as something that was discarded or nullified.
This section contains the date and name of the person who scraped the coupon

| Scraped By | The name of the person who nullified the coupon is displayed |
Coupon redeem details
This section contains the details of the customers when and who redeemed the coupon
| Redeemed by | Displays the name of the customer who redeemed the coupon |
| Redeemed to | The name of that particular customer coupon is offered. Some coupons are offered to specific customers based on their credit health or tags |
| Redeemed Date | Displays the date on which the coupon is redeemed by the customer |
UIN product details
UIN external refers is the primary coupon which is generated to the set of coupons. UIN stands for Unique Identification Number. This section contains the details about the primary coupon and its stage.

UIN master Product details
This section contains and displays the details of coupon category, coupon’s validity period and whether the coupon is redeemed or not
| Coupon Master name | Displays the primary code for the coupon, system generates a coupon code known as master name |
| Coupon Category | Displays to which the category of customers or users the coupons can be applied to like Retailers, distributors or specific customers based on the tags and credit health |
| Redeemed State | Displays the current state of the coupon that is redeemed or not |
| Validity up to | Displays the expiry date or the validity period of the coupon |
UIN master details

| Coupon Status | Displays the current status of the coupon. Whether the coupon is redeemed or not |
| Coupon Status Date | Displays the date of the current status of the coupon |
| External UIN | The primary code for the coupon is displayed |
| UIN Outer Coupon | Displays the UIN outer coupon code. UIN refers Unique Identification Number which is the secondary code for the coupon generated by the system |
| Additional Discount | Displays the additional discount value given along with the coupon |
| Coupon Value | Displays the value of the coupon |
| Special Discount | Displays the special discount given to specific customers based on tags or credit health |
| Total Redeemed Value | The total redeemed value of the coupons is displayed |
| Additional & Special Discount | Displays the sum of additional and special discounts applied along with the coupon |
| Face Value | The total value of the coupons is displayed |
| Coupon UIN Details | |
| Coupon UIN | Displays the UIN outer coupon code. UIN refers Unique Identification Number which is the secondary code for the coupon generated by the system. |
| Lucky Coupon Value | |
| Lucky coupon value | Displays the value of the lucky coupon applied |
| Base Value | The base value of the coupon generated. The base value is the price of a fixed asset for taxation purposes. |
