Introduction
Equipment Building is a flexible financing agreement that calculates periodic repayment rates by measuring an equipment’s runtime and the number of units it produced. This form of equipment financing is similar to a traditional financing agreement, but instead of paying a fixed amount every month, repayment is calculated based on the equipment’s usage rate.
Stage Workflow
The default stages workflow for the Equipment Builder app are as follows
| Stage Name | Stage Description |
| Lead | A potential prospect having a tendency to initiate a business opportunity can move further to the lead stage. |
| Qualify | The prospect provided with the basic details can be moved further to the qualified stage. |
| Confirmed | The prospect turns-on to become a Equipment builder to the organization, further can move to the confirmed stage. |
| Rejected | The Equipment builder basic details are not correct or the vendor is removed from the organization. |

Details
This section contains the details of the Equipment Builder Organization, Sales Manager, Organization Group, Followers, and Documents.

| Org name | Displays the name of the organization |
| PAN no. | PAN (Permanent account number) of the registered company is displayed |
| CIN | CIN number of the company is displayed. A CIN(Corporate Identification Number) is a unique number assigned to registered businesses by the Registrar of Companies at the time the certificate of incorporation is issued. |
| Contact Name | Point of contact person assigned while creating the Equipment Builder is displayed |
| Organization Type | Displays whether the organization type is Individual or Walk-In. |
| Currency | Displays Currency name used for the company’s transactions |
| Currency Short Code | Displays short name of the Currency used. Ex: Short name of US Dollar is USD |
LoB (Line of Business)
This section contains LoB (Line of Business segment) details of the Equipment Builder and Tag details assigned to the Equipment Builder.

| LoB | Line of Business segment of the Equipment Builder. A business segment can be identified by the product(s) sold or services provided or by geographical locations that the company operates in. |
| Tag | LoB wise Tag of the organization. Tag enables grouping of different entities within a system which can be defined by each organization based on the analytic reports required. (Ex: Zone wise grouping of Vendors) |

This section contains Equipment Builder documents like PAN, Address Proofs, Aadhar Card, Organization related files and images.

Sales Manager
A Sales manager is a liaison from a Equipment Builder organization who manages a specific customer or group of customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that high-quality products or services are provided.
Sales manager details like LoB Segment, Name, Address name and Contact Person name assigned to the Equipment Builder are displayed in this section

This section comprises the Organization group name and the CIN number.

Followers
The followers represents as point of contact in the absence of actual salesperson. This section contains Followers details of the Equipment Builder

Ledgers
The Ledger Report shows you the details of every transaction going in and out of your accounts on an accrual basis. These transactions are generated whenever you Issue Invoices, Track Expenses and Accept Payments.

| Ledger name | Name of the ledger account |
| Opening balance | Opening balance amount of the ledger. The debit or credit balance of a ledger account brought forward from the old accounting period to the new accounting period is called opening balance. |
| Closing balance | Displays the closing balance amount of the ledger. The debit or credit balance of a ledger account in the Chart of Accounts at the end of an accounting period or year-end is called closing balance. This closing balance becomes the opening balance for the next accounting period. |

Pending Payments
Pending transactions are transactions that haven’t been fully processed yet. It means that the payment process still needs to be completed.
| Payment Type | Displays the payment mode of transaction. (Cash, bank, Credit or Cheque, etc.) |
| Journal Type | Displays the type of Journal like Sales, Sales Return, Purchase, Purchase Return, or General, etc. |

| Contact Name | Contact person name of the organization |
| Branch | Branch name of the organization is displayed (A company can have multiple branches in various locations) |
| Advance Amount | Advance amount paid for the order is displayed. (Advance payment is a type of payment made ahead of its normal schedule such as paying for a good or service before you actually receive it.) |

This section contains owner details of the Equipment Builder/Organization

This section contains GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) details of the Equipment Builder like GST number, Validity period and address name. GST is a digitized form of VAT where you can also track the goods & services.
