Stages Workflow

This widget contains the Mail Server details and configured settings that are provided while creation process
Field name | Description |
Server Name | The server name refers to the unique identifier or domain name assigned to a mail server. It is the address that clients use to connect to the server and send/receive emails. For example, “mail.example.com” or “smtp.gmail.com” could be server names. |
Server Type | It refers to the specific role or function of a server within the ERP infrastructure. ERP systems are comprised of various servers that work together to support the different components and functionalities of the ERP software. |
Enable SSL | User can enable the Toggle button to enhance the security of their email communication, protect sensitive information, and ensure the privacy of their users’ messages. |
Mail Server Incoming Details
This widget contains the Mail Server Incoming details and configured settings that are provided while creation process
Field name | Description |
Server Name | The server name refers to the unique identifier or domain name assigned to a mail server. It is the address that clients use to connect to the server and send/receive emails. Ex: “mail.example.com” |
Port No. | Port Number of the mail server is displayed. Port numbers are used to designate the specific channel for sending and receiving emails. |
SSL Port No. | SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a security protocol used in mail servers to encrypt data transmitted between the email client and the server, ensuring privacy and preventing unauthorized access. |
Authentication | Authentication is the process of verifying the identity of a user or client connecting to a mail server. It ensures that only authorized users can access their mailboxes and send/receive emails. |
