The creation process of Digital Certificates
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Digital Certificates App > Listview > Create (+)
Note: The fields which are in star mark(*) are mandatory!
Create Digital Certificates
| Field name | Description | Mandatory |
| Certificate Name | Enter the name of the certificate the user wants to upload | Yes |
| Password | Enter a secured password for the certificate | Yes |
| Reason | Enter a purpose for obtaining or using the digital certificate | Yes |
| Hash Algorithm | Select the hash algorithm to generate a unique hash value for the digital certificate from the drop-down list | Yes |
| Signature Field | Enter the name of the signer on the designated area within the digital certificate where a signature is applied | Yes |
| Signature Height | Enter the numerical value for the dimensions or height of the signature field within the digital certificate | Yes |
| Signature Width | Enter the numerical value for the dimensions or width of the signature field within the digital certificate | Yes |
| Upload Certificate | User can click on the Upload files icon and select the required document or file associated with the digital certificate | No |
| Upload Image | User can click on the Upload image icon and select the image file associated with the digital certificate | No |
Apply all the details and click on “Save”
