Introduction
An “All Tags” feature provides a consolidated view or index of all the tags used within the system. It allows users, whether they are customers or organizations, to browse through the entire set of tags available in the system. the “All Tags” feature enhances discoverability, facilitates efficient filtering, promotes cross-linking between related items, assists in organization of customers, and enables personalized recommendations. It helps customers and organizations maximize the value and navigate through information more effectively.
Stage Workflow
| Stage name | Description |
| Active | The tags that are currently active and in use. |
| Inactive | Tags that are no longer in active use but have not been deleted |
| Deleted | Tags that have been permanently removed or deleted |
Portlets & Widgets
In the layout view, a Portlet accurately represents each functionality, and its corresponding data is precisely viewed as a Widget. The following section includes the default portlets and widgets of the All Tags App.

Tag Image
| Field name | Description |
| Tag Name | Name of the Tag is displayed. Tag enables grouping of different entities within a system which can be defined by each organization based on the analytic reports required. (Ex: Zone wise grouping of customers) |
| Show Type | Displays how a Tag should be appeared for selecting (Checkbox or Drop-down) |
Child Tags
Child Tags are the specific tags that identify the nature of a business and they together add up to form Parent Tags.

| Parent Tag | Name of the Parent Tag is displayed. This will be helpful for obtaining TAG based analysis of business, applying offers to a particular group of customers, getting the information connected to a single group(Parent Tag) |
Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
