    An Attendance Rule is a predefined set of configurations and criteria that determine how employee attendance is managed and tracked within an organization, including parameters like working hours, Late Check In, Early Check Out, Deviations, and leave policies.

    The ‘Attendance Rule’ app assists organizations by providing a digital tool to configure and enforce attendance-related policies easily. It allows administrators to define specific rules tailored to their business needs, streamlining attendance tracking and management. This app helps ensure consistent application of attendance policies, reduces errors, automates attendance calculations, and enhances overall workforce management efficiency.

    Rule Details

    This widget contains the predefined set of configurations and criteria that determine employee attendance

    Field name Description
    Code A unique identifier assigned to a specific attendance rule for easy reference and differentiation
    Name A descriptive label given to an attendance rule, indicating its purpose or scope within the organization.
    Last Check In The latest allowable time for an employee to log their attendance upon arriving at work
    Early Check Out The earliest time an employee can leave work without being marked as leaving early according to the attendance rule
    Less Hours The threshold of minimum hours an employee must work to fulfill the attendance requirement
    Deviations Instances where an employee’s attendance behavior deviates from the established rule, such as late arrivals, early departures, or missed shifts
    Type The calculation of the deviation type occurs on a weekly or monthly basis

    Included Leave Types

    This widget contains various types of leaves that are taken into account when evaluating deviations from an attendance rule, such as Sabbatical Leave, Paternity Leave, or Casual Leave

    Leave Type Name Displays the specific category of leave type that is considered when assessing deviations from an attendance rule

    Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
