The process to update existing Banner details
Navigation: Menu > Masters > Banners App > Listview > Select the Banner > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing banner details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Banner
Field name | Description |
Series | By default the system takes series as Banners |
Name | The system automatically loads the name of the banner; if user wants to change it, enter the new name for the banner |
Display Index | The system automatically loads the index value of the banner to be displayed; if user wants to change it, enter the index value of the banner |
Banner Code | The system automatically loads the short name of the banner; if user wants to change it, enter the short name of the banner for quick identification |
Banner Group | The system automatically loads the name of the banner group; if user wants to change it, select the banner group name from the list |
Expire Date | The system automatically loads the expiry date of the banner; if user wants to change it, select the expiry date of the banner from the calendar |
Unexpired Date | The system automatically loads the whether the checkbox is selected or not; if user wants to change it, click on the checkbox to enable/disable the expiry date of the banner. Enabling the checkbox will allow you to set the date until which the banner remains valid and legally recognized |
Image | The system automatically loads the image of the banner; if user wants to change it, user can add an image of the banner by selecting from the local storage and upload |
Description | Comment or enter short notes about the Banner |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save.
