The creation process of Calls is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Calls App > Listview > Create (+)
The fields which are in star mark are mandatory
Create Calls

| To | Select the Calls recipient name from the list | Yes |
| Subject | Enter the subject of the call | Yes |
| Message | Enter the call’s message in the field | Yes |
| Series | The system loads series as calls by default | Yes |
| Call Date | Select the date and time of the call from the calendar | Yes |
| Alert Me Before | Select the time(Mins) to get a reminder before the call | Yes |
| Documents | User can upload the scheduled calls related documents in JPEG, PNG or PDF formats from the local storage | No |
Apply all the required details and click on Save.
