Details
This widget contains summarized details of the Calls
Field Name | Description |
Subject | The subject of the call provided by the user is displayed. It refers to the brief summary or topic that is provided to indicate the main purpose or content of the call |
Call Type | The type of call assigned is shown like outgoing or others |
Duration | Duration of the call is displayed |
Phone number | Phone number of the call receiver is displayed |
To User name | It refers to the user/customer to whom the call is scheduled |
Alert me before | The alert or reminder before the call is displayed. It refers to setting up a reminder or notification to be sent to recipient prior to a specified date or time for the scheduled call. |
Documents | The Scheduled calls related documents are displayed |
Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
