    Introduction

    Calls in an system can provide valuable insights and data that can be used to improve communication efficiency, customer service, and business operations. These calls can be tracked and recorded in the ERP system to facilitate billing, project management, and performance analysis.

    All The data of all Calls will be displayed here
    Active Ongoing or in-progress calls
    Completed Calls that have been successfully finished
    Rejected Calls that were declined or not accepted

    In the layout view, a Portlet accurately represents each functionality, and its corresponding data is precisely viewed as a Widget. The following section includes the default portlets and widgets of the Calls App.

    Details

    This widget contains summarized details of the Calls

    Field Name Description
    Subject The subject of the call provided by the user is displayed. It refers to the brief summary or topic that is provided to indicate the main purpose or content of the call
    Call Type The type of call assigned is shown like outgoing or others
    Duration Duration of the call is displayed
    Phone number Phone number of the call receiver is displayed
    To User name It refers to the user/customer to whom the call is scheduled
    Alert me before The alert or reminder before the call is displayed. It refers to setting up a reminder or notification to be sent to recipient prior to a specified date or time for the scheduled call.
    Documents The Scheduled calls related documents are displayed

    Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.

    Audit
    Created Date The date when the Calls is created
    Created By The name of the person who created the Calls
    Last Updated Date The last stage changed of the Calls
    Last Updated By The name of the person who last updated the stage
    Status This section displays the current status of the Calls
    Time-Line This widget tracks all the activities within the app.
