    The process to edit existing details of the Call

    The update process of Calls is as follows:

    Navigation: Menu > Calls App > Listview > Edit (Pencil Icon)  

    If user wants to update the already existing Calls details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details

    Edit Calls

    Field Name Description
    To By default the system shows user/customer to whom the call is scheduled; if user wants to change it; select the Calls recipient name from the list
    Subject By default the system shows subject of the call; if user wants to change it; enter the subject of the call in the field
    Message By default the system shows the message of the call; if user wants to change it; enter the call’s message in the field
    Series The system loads series as calls by default
    Call Date By default the system shows the scheduled date and time of the call; if user wants to change it; select the date and time from the calendar
    Alert Me Before By default the system shows the alert time in minutes; if user wants to change it;  select the time(Mins) to get a reminder before the call
    Documents User can upload the scheduled calls related documents in JPEG, PNG or PDF formats from the local storage

    Apply all the required changes and click on Save.
