    The process to edit Check Availability settings is as follows:

    Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search for the Check Availability App > Select the LoB name > Edit (Pencil Icon) 

    If user wants to update the existing Check Availability settings, user needs to click on ‘Edit (Pencil Icon)’ option at the right corner and fill in the required details

    Sales Check Availability Create Form

    Select an option from the below to assign the Setting value to the Sales Check Availability

    Field Name Description
    Yes If the user opts the Check Availability option as ‘Yes’, and if the stock is not available the DC will not be generated.
    No If the user opts the Check Availability option as ‘No’, even though the stock is not available the DC will be generated.

    Apply the setting value and click on Save.
