Stage Workflow
The default workflow stages in Departments app are as follows:

Active | The department that is currently in use and actively filled by an employee within the organization |
Inactive | The department positions that are still part of the organizational structure but are currently unoccupied |
Deleted | Represents a department that has been permanently removed or deleted from the organizational structure |

Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
