Introduction
E-invoice settings involve configuring credentials for generating electronic invoices compliant with government regulations, including API keys and digital signatures. Efficient invoicing is achieved through E-invoice credentials configuration. Vendors and distributors input their user name and password to generate electronic invoices that meet government standards: which ensures accurate, standardized invoicing that streamlines tax compliance and payment cycles. Proper configuration minimizes errors, fosters transparency, and aligns with tax authorities’ mandates.
The update process of the e-Invoice Credentials is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search for the e-Invoice Credentials App > Listview > Select the e-Invoice Number > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing e-Invoice Credentials, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
