    Overview

    Pending payments

    Pending transactions are transactions that haven’t been fully processed yet. It means that the payment process still needs to be completed.

    Payment type  Displays the payment mode of transaction. (Cash, bank, Credit or Cheque, etc.)
    Journal type Displays the type of Journal like Sales, sales return, purchase, purchase return, or general, etc.
    Organization Name of the organization is displayed
    Stage name Current stage is displayed
    Contact name Contact person name of the organization
    Branch Branch name of the organization is displayed (A company can have multiple branches in various locations)
    Advance amount Advance amount paid for the order is displayed. (Advance payment is a type of payment made ahead of its normal schedule such as paying for a good or service before you actually receive it.)
    LoB The (LoB) Line of Business segment is displayed

    Ledger Report

    The Ledger Report shows you the details of every transaction going in and out of your accounts on an accrual basis. These transactions are generated whenever you issue Invoices, track Expenses and accept Payments.

    Ledger group Ledger group name of the payment account
    Ledger name Name of the ledger account
    Opening balance Opening balance amount of the ledger. The debit or credit balance of a ledger account brought forward from the old accounting period to the new accounting period is called opening balance.
    Closing balance Displays the closing balance amount of the ledger. The debit or credit balance of a ledger account in the Chart of Accounts at the end of an accounting period or year-end is called closing balance. This closing balance becomes the opening balance for the next accounting period.
    OB date Date of the Opening Balance(OB) is displayed

    Details

    This section contains the details of the Organization

    Field name Description
    Org name Name of the Organization is displayed
    Spoc name Sales person name (Single point of contact)
    CIN Displays the CIN code of the company. (CIN is the Corporate Identification number allotted to all registered companies under the (ROC) Registrar of companies)
    PAN no. PAN number of the organization.

    Manual Rules

    A manual price override is a feature of a business management system which allows an authorized person to change the automated price of a product or service, in order to apply a discount.

    Click on CREATE to Override payment and price code manually

    Manual Payment and Price code

    Field name Description
    LoB Select the LoB of the company.
    Manual payment term over ride Company offers a feature to offer discounts or offers when payment is made in term period to specific customers.
    Manual Price code Over ride Company offers a feature to offer discounts on orders (tag wise) to specific customers.

    Click on save to SAVE the details

    Organization group

    Business groups are an organizational model in which collections of legally independent firms bounded together with formal and informal ties use collaborative arrangements to enhance their collective welfare.

    Organization group
    Org group name Displays the name of the organization group it belongs to.
    CIN (Corporate Identification number) CIN code of the company is displayed. (CIN is the Corporate Identification number allotted to all registered companies under the (ROC) Registrar of companies)

    User can edit or Change Organization group by clicking on the EDIT option and enter the details required.

    Organization Group Change

    Group Select name of the group from the list
    Stage Select current stage of the organization group from the list
    CIN (Corporate Identification number) Enter the CIN code of the Organization (CIN is the Corporate Identification number allotted to all registered companies under the (ROC) Registrar of companies)

    Click on SAVE to save the details of Organization Group change

    Sales Manager This section contains the details of the sales manager, contact details of sales executive and address
    Tags This section consists of the details of type of business, tags for the dealer.

    Click on CREATE (+) and select LoB tags by clicking the check-boxes accordingly

    Followers

     

    The followers are those who follow what the leader in its sector does. A sales manager or an owner have the access to get details of the customers data.  Adding the account managers to the followers  will give an access in LoB.
    Click on CREATE (+) and select from the list to add followers to the manager.
    Documents Files or documents of the customers can be stored. Click on Add (+)  to upload files from the local storage.

    CONTACTS

    This section contains the address details and contact details of the customer.

    Contact Point

    It is the section which contains owners details of the customer.

    User can click on EDIT option and add contact name, number, branch and designation of the customer.

    Click on CREATE(+) to add contact details of the customer and enter the details required.

    Field name Description
    Contact name Enter contact name of the customer
    Contact number Enter customer contact number
    Designation Enter customer designation in their company
    Email Enter mail id of the customer
    Branch Select the branch of the customer from the drop-down list.

    Click on SAVE and the contact details are added.

    PHONE

    This section contains the contact phone details of the contact person added.

    Click on CREATE to add Phone number and  type of phone number.

    Field name Description
    Number type Select type of phone number from the list. (Work, Home, Personal or Others)
    Phone type Select type of of phone from the list, whether It is a mobile or Landline
    Number Enter the mobile number

    Click on SAVE and the phone details are added.

    Email ID

    This section consists of Email details of the Organization

    Click on CREATE to add the Email ID of the customer and type of Email (work or Personal).

    Email type Select Email type from the list as Work or Personal
    Email Enter the email address

    Click on SAVE and the Email details are added.

    URL

    This section contains URL link details of the Organization. URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. A URL is nothing more than the address of a given unique resource on the Web.

    Click on CREATE(+) to add the URL and type of URL

    URL type Select type of URL from the list
    URL Enter URL link details

    Click on SAVE and the URL details are added.

    Address

    This section contains the address details of the Organization

    Click on CREATE to add address details and enter the details required.

    Create Address

    Field name Description
    Address name Enter a quick identification name for the address
    Pin code Enter pin code of the address.
    Address line 1 Enter details of the address line 1
    Address line 2 Enter details of the address line 2
    City Select the city name from the list
    Landmark Enter any landmark location of the address for quickly identification
    GSTIN no. Select the GSTIN number of the customer’s organization
    Is cash customer? Click on the toggle if user is a cash customer. A cash customer is one who pays the amount via cash mode. (Toggle turns to Green in color when selected)
    Capture GPS coordinates Click on the toggle to allow the capture of GPS coordinates.

    Click on SAVE and the address details are added.

    GSTIN Details

    Business entities need to register under GST and obtain a unique 15-digit Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN).

    This section contains the GSTIN details of the Organization.

    Click on CREATE (+) to add GST details and enter the details required.

    Create GSTIN

    Field name Description
    GSTIN no. Enter the GSTIN number of  the company
    GST valid from date Select the validity starting date from the calendar
    GST valid to date Select the expiry date of GST from the calendar

    Click on SAVE and the GST details are added.

    Activity
    Comments User can write short notes or comments about the organization
    Audit
    Created Date Date when the EB is created
    Created By Name of the person who created the order
    Last Updated Date Last stage changed of the order
    Last Updated By Name of the person who last updated the stage
    Status Displays the current status of the EBs
    Time-Line This widget tracks all the activities within the app.
