In Event Management, “Guests” refer to individuals or attendees who are invited to and participate in an event, gathering, or occasion.
The BizGaze’s “Guests app” is designed to aid organizations in efficiently managing their events and attendees. This app helps organizations streamline the entire guest management process, from sending out invitations and providing a personalized experience. It typically offers features such as guest list creation, communication tools, and real-time updates, all of which contribute to enhanced event planning, smoother execution, and improved guest satisfaction.

Guest Details
This widget contains specific information about individuals who are attending an event

| Title | Displays the title which indicates the honorific or designation associated with the guest, such as “Mr.,” “Mrs.,” “Dr.,” or “Prof.” It is a formal way to address and acknowledge the guest’s status |
| Name | Name of the guest attending the event is displayed. It helps identify the guest uniquely and facilitates personalized communication and interactions. |
| The email address of the guest is displayed. It is a crucial contact point for communication between the event organizers and the guest, used for sending invitations, updates, and other event-related information. | |
| Phone No. | The phone number of the guest is displayed. It serves as an alternative contact method for event organizers to reach out to guests if needed |
| Tag Name | The tag name assigned for the guest is displayed. It is a customizable label assigned to guests for categorization purposes |
