The update process of Guests is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Apps > Search for the Guests App > Select the Guest Name > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the existing Guest details, click on the ‘Edit’ (Pencil Icon) option and fill in the required details.
Edit Guest
| Field name | Description |
| Title | By default the system shows existing title assigned to the guest; if user wants to change it, select the Title name from the drop-down list |
| Name | By default the system shows existing name of the guest; if user wants to change it, enter the name of the Guest in the field |
| By default the system shows email id of the guest; if user wants to change it, enter the email address of the guest | |
| Phone No. | By default the system shows phone number of the guest; if user wants to change it, enter the Phone number of the Guest |
| Tag Name | By default the system shows tag name assigned for the guest; if user wants to change it, select a new Tag to assign from the drop-down list |
| Image | By default the system shows image of the Guest; if user wants to change it, user can upload a new Image from the local storage by clicking on the ‘Upload Image template’ and select required image |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save.
