The “Holidays” app within an HRMS system enhances holiday management, fostering effective workforce planning, compliance adherence, and heightened employee satisfaction within the organization.

Holiday Details
This widget contains basic details about the Holiday

| From Date | The starting date on which a holiday begins, marking the day when the organization officially closes, and employees are not required to work |
| To Date | The concluding date of a holiday period, signifying when the holiday ends, and regular business operations resume |
| Applicable For | Specifies the group of individuals or entities for which the holiday is relevant, such as all employees, specific departments, or certain categories of staff. |
| Shifts | Indicates the work shifts or hours during which the holiday applies, ensuring clarity on which part of the day is considered a holiday. |
| Branches | Identifies the organizational branches or locations to which the holiday pertains, particularly important for organizations with multiple offices or facilities where holiday policies may vary |
