Introduction
Incentives can take different forms such as monetary rewards, bonuses, recognition, promotions, prizes, or non-monetary incentives like extra vacation days or flexible work hours. Incentive Types refer to the various categories or classifications of incentives that organizations offer to motivate and reward individuals or teams for their performance, achievements, or desired behaviors.
The BizGaze’s “Incentive Types” app assists organizations in managing and administering the different types of incentives they offer. It provides a centralized platform or tool that allows organizations to define, track, and distribute incentives based on predefined criteria and rules.
