    Introduction

    An API Integrator (Application Programming Interface) is the connection between two or more applications, via their APIs, that lets those systems exchange data. An Application Programming Interface (API) is a messenger that processes requests and ensures seamless functioning of enterprise systems.

    BizGaze’s “Integrator App” contains API integrator that  power processes throughout many high-performing businesses that keep data in sync, enhance productivity, and drive revenue.

    Stage Workflow

    Default stages of Integrator App:

    Stage Name Description
    Active Indicates that the Integrator is currently in use and operational
    Inactive The integrator is temporarily disabled, deactivated, or put on hold
    Deleted Signifies that it has been permanently removed or deleted from the system or environment

    Portlets & Widgets

    In the layout view, a Portlet accurately represents each functionality, and its corresponding data is precisely viewed as a Widget. The following section includes the default portlets and widgets of the Integrators App.

    Integrator Details

    This widget contains the basic details of the Integrator like it’s name and authentication token

    Field name Description
    Integrator Name Displays the name assigned when creation of the Integrator.
    Auth Token Displays the Authentication Token code of the organization. It is the code assigned by the system automatically when integrator is installed.

    Service Integrator

    This widget contains the details of the Service Integrator

    Service name Description
    Vouchers It refers to the provider to push the data of all transaction related modules like Sales & purchase invoices etc & Post running the integrator can able to view the API Log of the errors.
    Payments It refers to the provider to push the data of all accounting related modules like Receipts & Payments etc. Post running the integrator can able to view the API Log of the errors.

    API Log

    An Application Programming Interface (API) is a messenger that processes requests and ensures seamless functioning of enterprise systems. API enables interaction between data, applications, and devices.

    Data API Log

    Click on API log to forward user’s data to tally and select. This section allows user to push any specific data to the Tally with API

    Remote Pkid User can search particular transaction to check the status of pushed data.
    Status In status can apply filler for the success or failure of the data pushed
    From Date Allows user to select the “from date” to filter the specific dated data to be pushed to Tally
    To Date Allows user to select the “To date” to filter the specific dated data to be pushed to Tally
    Apply Click on ‘Apply’ to apply the filters and user can see the above selected data and their details
    Date Displays the date when the data is pushed to Tally with API Log
    Remote Pkid Displays the name of the organization with its remote code name
    Status The status of the customer data is displayed here in the API Log

    Reports

    A report is a document that presents information in an organized format for a specific audience and purpose. Although summaries of reports may be delivered orally, complete reports are almost always in the form of written documents.
