    The process to update the existing customer details

    Navigation: Menu > Customer App > Listview > Select the Customer > Edit Page

    The fields in the customer update screen

    Company Name Enter the name of the organization.
    Legal Name If users need to enter a legal name of the customer on print copy
    Group Name Select the group name from the list.
    Stage Name The current stage of the customer and users can select from the list.
    Credit Limit Type Select the Credit Limit type such as

    • Automation: The credit limit will be auto-filled by the system based on the rule.
    • Manual: Users can enter the credit limit value

     

    Description Enter short notes about the customer.

    Finally, click “save” to save the customer with updated details
