Loans & Advances Update

    The process to update existing Loans & Advances details:

    Navigation: Menu > HRMS > Loans & Advances App > Select the Employee name > Edit (Pencil Icon) 

    If user wants to update the existing Loan details, user needs to click on ‘Edit (Pencil Icon)’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details

    Edit Loans

    Field name Description
    Loan Name By default the system shows the name of loan; if user wants to change it, select loan name from the drop-down list
    Perquisite Rate The system automatically loads perquisite rate of the loan
    Loan Amount By default the system shows the loan amount applied; if user wants to change it, enter the value of loan amount
    Employee Name The system loads employee name by default
    More options:
    Series The system automatically takes series as loans
    Reason By default the system shows the reason for the loan; if user wants to change it, user can enter short notes or description about the loan
    Save As Draft Users can click on ‘Save as Draft’ option for future reference.

    Apply the required changes and click on Save or users can click on ‘Save as Draft’ option for future reference.
