    The creation process of Mail Server is as follows:

    Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search for the Mail Servers App > Listview > Create (+) 

    The fields which are in star mark are mandatory

    Server Name Enter the name of the server Yes
    Series The system by default takes series as Mail Server Yes
    Server Type Select server type from the drop-down list Yes
    Enable SSL User can enable the Toggle to enhance the security of their email communication, protect sensitive information, and ensure the privacy of their users’ messages. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled. No
    Is Default Credentials User can enable the toggle for setting up the initial username and password combination that is set by the mail server software. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled. No
    Incoming Details
    Incoming Mail Server

    User can enable the toggle button to provide the details of the incoming mail server, including its address (e.g., mail.example.com), port number, and the appropriate protocol (POP3 or IMAP) to retrieve incoming emails from the server. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled.

    If user enables the Toggle, fill the required details below:

    No

    Server Name: Enter the name of the Server

    Port Number: Enter the Port number of the Server

    SSL Port No: Enter the SSL Port number of the Server

    Authentication: Select the Server Authentication from the list

    Outing Details
    Outgoing Mail Server

    User can enable toggle button to provide the details of the outgoing mail server, including its address (e.g., smtp.example.com), port number, and any necessary authentication information (such as username and password) to allow the server to send email messages on your behalf. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled.

    If user enables the Toggle, fill the required details below:

    No

    Server Name: Enter the name of the Server

    Port Number: Enter the Port number of the Server

    SSL Port No: Enter the SSL Port number of the Server

    Authentication: Select the Server Authentication from the list

    Apply all the required details and click on Save.
