The update process of Mail Server is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search for the Mail Servers App > Listview > Select the Server name > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Mail Server details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details
Field Name | Description |
Server Name | By default the system shows the Server name; if user wants to change it, enter the name of the server in the field |
Series | The system by default takes the series as Mail Server |
Server Type | By default the system shows the Server type; if user wants to change it, select the server type from the drop-down list |
Enable SSL | By default the system shows whether the SSL Toggle is enabled or not; if user wants to change it, user can click on the Toggle. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled. |
Is Default Credentials | By default the system shows whether the Credentials are default or not. If user wants to change it, user can click on the Toggle. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled. |

By default the system shows whether the Incoming Mail Server Toggle is enabled or not; if user wants to change it, user can click on the Toggle. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled. If the Toggle is enabled, user can also change the below fields |
Server Name: Enter the Server name in the field Port Number: Enter the Port number of the Server SSL Port No: Enter the SSL Port number of the Server Authentication: Select the Server Authentication from the list |
Outgoing Details

User can click on the Toggle to enable/disable the Outgoing Mail Server. The Toggle turns to Green in color when enabled and Red when disabled. If the Toggle is enabled, user can also change the below fields |

Apply all the required details and click on Save.
