The update process of the Mileage Settings is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Settings > Search the Mileage Settings App > Listview > Select the Mileage Setting > Edit (Pencil Icon)
If user wants to update the already existing Mileage Setting details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details.
Edit Mileage Rate
| Field name | Description |
| Mileage Unit Name | The system automatically shows the Mileage Unit name; if user wants to change it, select the mileage unit name from the drop-down list |
| Category | The system automatically shows the expense category of the Mileage rate; if user wants to change it, select the category from the drop-down list |
| From Date | The system automatically shows the date the Mileage setting comes into effective; if user wants to change it, select the date from the calendar |
| Vehicle | The system automatically shows the vehicle name; if user wants to change it, select the vehicle from the drop-down list |
| Mileage Rate | The system automatically shows the Mileage rate of the vehicle; if user wants to change it, enter the new rate in the filed |
| Series | By default the system takes series as Mileage Setting |
| Description | User can comment or enter short notes about the Mileage Setting |
Apply all the required changes and click on Save
