This section contains summarized details of the Offer plans, plan items, and Wallet and Credit Note details of the customer in the Offer period.

Total plans | Total number of plans in an Offer |
Total customers | Total number of customers included in the Offer plans |
Total plan items | Total number of Plan items in the Offer plans |
Total wallets | Total number of customer wallets created in the Offer plans |
Total Credit notes | Displays total number of Credit Notes created for the orders |
Total wallet value | Displays the total amount received in the customer’s Wallet. |
Available amount | Available amount of the customer is displayed |

Offers Export Widget
This section contains and displays all the details of the plan, plan incentives, items details and contacts included in an Offer
Field name | Description |
Offer name | Name of the Offer is displayed |
Offer group | Name of the offer group in which the offers are included |
From date | Date on which the Offer becomes valid |
To date | Date on which the Offer period expires |
Offer Included Tags | Tags that are included in the Offer plans. Contacts are included in the Offer plans based on their Tags |
Incentive plan | Name of the Incentive Plan in an Offer |
Plan name | Displays the plan name in an Offer |
Description | Comments or short notes about the Offer is displayed |
FoC | FoC(Free of Cost) items that are offered during Offer period. Free of Cost items are those given by the seller to the buyer at no cost |
FoC disc | Discount value on FoC items is displayed in Percentage, Fixed value or value |
Incentive disc | Incentive discount value of a plan in an Offer |
FoC item | FoC (Free of Cost) items offered in the Offer period are displayed |
Plan Items
This section contains the details of the Offer Plan and the items included in the plan
Plan name | Displays plan name, which is included in an Offer |
Item name/SKU | Item name or SKU of the product. SKU, Stock Keeping Unit, is a unique identifier for each product that makes tracking inventory easier |
Points | The points gained for placing an Order during the Offer period and can be redeemed for future transactions |
User can create or include items in a plan by clicking on CREATE(+) and enter the details required in the Plan Items Widget
Plan Items Widget
Plan name | Select plan name of an Offer from the list |
Item name /SKU | Select the items to include in a plan from the list. A SKU, which stands for Stock Keeping Unit, is a unique identifier for each of your products that makes it easier to track inventory |
Points | Enter the points to be allotted upon ordering the plan item |
Add | User can add more items to a plan by clicking on ADD and select the items from the list |
Click on SAVE to save the details of plan items in an Offer
FoC (Free of cost) Items
This section contains the details of FoC(Free of Cost) items in an Offer plan
Field name | Description |
Item name | Name of the FoC item in a plan |
SKU | Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) code of the item is displayed |
Discount | Discount applicable on FoC item |
Plan name | Displays the plan name in which the FoC Item is included |
Incentive name | Name of the incentive plan of an Offer is displayed. Incentives are variable rewards granted according to the level of achievement of specific results |
Click on CREATE (+) to add FoC Items in the plan
Create FoC Items Widget
Field name | Description |
Plan incentives | Select the Plan Incentive name from the list |
FoC item | Select the Item name from the list to add as FoC item |
For every | Enter the number of item quantities so that, for every minimum quantity of items ordered, the FoC item is offered |
FoC | Enter the FoC items quantity that are offered during the Offer period |
Discount (%) | Enter the discount percent on FoC items |
Is subscription | Click on the checkbox to select whether the items ordered is a subscription or not. A subscription is an arrangement to receive something regularly by paying in advance |
Click on SAVE to save the FoC item details

Offer name | Displays the name of the Offer |
LoB | Line of Business segment of the offer items |
From date | Displays the date on which the Offer becomes valid and can be redeemed/used |
To date | Last valid date of the Offer; later that date, the Offer no longer exists |
Description | Comments or short notes about the Offer is displayed |
Plan Incentives
Incentives are variable rewards granted according to level of achievement of specific results. Incentives are payment for performance or payment by results.
This section contains the details of Plan incentives in an Offer plan.
Field name | Description |
Plan name | Name of the Plan |
Incentive name | Incentive plan name. Incentives are variable rewards granted according to level of achievement of specific results. Incentives are payment for performance or payment by results |
Volume/ Value | Quantity of plan items ordered during the Offer period either in Volume or value |
Max Payout | Maximum payout offered during the Offer period. Maximum Payout means the maximum amount of money that the customer may get as discount on the Account balance during the Offer period. |
Min payout | Minimum payout offered during the Offer period. It is the minimum amount of money that the customer may get as discount on the account balance during the Offer period. |
Linearity value | Displays the linearity value of the plan items |
Discount type | Type of discount applied to the plan items either in Percentage or any fixed value |
Discount per Unit | The discount value offered per unit value of items is displayed |
User can create plan incentives by clicking on CREATE (+) and apply the details in Create Plan Volume widget.
Create Plan Volume widget
Field name | Description |
Plan name | Select the Plan name of an Offer from the list |
Incentive name | Enter the name for the Plan incentive. An incentive is an object or item of value or desired action or event that spurs an employee to do more of whatever was encouraged by the employer through the chosen incentive. |
Volume/ Value | Enter the order items quantity in volume/value to be ordered, so as to be eligible for the Incentives during the Offer period |
Max Payout | Enter the max payout value to be offered during the Offer period. Maximum Payout means the maximum amount of money that the customer may get as discount on the Account balance during the Offer period. |
Min payout | Enter the min payout to be offered during the Offer period. It is the minimum amount of money that the customer may get as discount on the account balance during the Offer period. |
Linearity value | Enter the linearity value of the plan items in the Offer plan |
Discount type | Select the discount type to be applied based on value. Percentage or any fixed value |
Discount Per Unit | Enter the discount value to be offered per unit value of the items ordered |
Apply all the required details and click on SAVE
Plans
This section contains Plan details like Plan name, description of the Plan in an Offer.
User can click on CREATE (+) to add a new plan and enter the details required to create a Plan

Prev. plans | Select the previous plan name from the list |
More options | Click on More Options for advanced options and enter the details |
Advanced Options
In this section user can enter the details about the eligible quantity and plan dates

Eligible qty | Enter the eligible items quantity of the Offer plan |
Is Plan Dates | Click on the toggle to apply dates to the plan. |
From Date | Select the start date of the Offer plan from the calendar |
To date | Select the end date or last date of the Offer plan from the calendar |

Select Items by Tags
Included Tags | Select items based on the Tags to be included in the Offer plan from the list |
Excluded Tags | Select items based on the Tags to be excluded from the Offer Plan from the list |
Select Items Manually
User can also add particular items in offer plan in this section.

Add | Click on Add option to apply the item details. User can add more items by selecting the items from the list |
User can also create incentive plans by clicking on the Add new Incentive.
Add New Incentive
Field name | Description |

User can add more FoC items by clicking on ADD option and enter the details.

Apply all the required details and click on SAVE
Contacts
This section contains the details of Included contacts and Excluded contacts in an Offer plan.
Offer Contacts
Field name | Description |
Included Tags | Tags that are included in the Offer |
Excluded Tags | Tags that are excluded from the Offer |
Total Contacts | Total number of contacts that are included in the Offer |
User can click on CREATE(+) to Create Offer Contacts and enter the details required.

Field name | Description |
Included Tags | Select the Tags to be included in the Offer from the list |
Excluded Tags | Select the Tags from the list which needs to be excluded from the Offer |
Apply all the details and click on SAVE
Included Contacts
Contact name | Contact names that are included in the Offer |
From date | Starting date from which the contact is included in the Offer plan |
To date | Date on which the contact included in the Offer plan expires |
Added date | Date on which the contact is included in the Offer plan |
Create Included Contacts
Contact name | Select the contact name to be included in the Offer plan from the list |
Additional amount | Enter the additional amount of discount applicable to the contact included in the Offer |
Add | Click on ADD to apply the contact details. User can add more contacts to include in the offer plan by selecting from the list |
Click on SAVE to apply the details
Excluded contacts
Contact name | Contact names that are excluded in the Offer |
From date | Starting date from which the contact is excluded in the Offer plan |
To date | Date on which the contact excluded in the Offer plan expires |
Wallets
Wallets can be used to make online and in-store purchases, pay bills, make deposits, and transfer money. Transactions are easy, secure and certain points or rewards are gained during the Offer period.
This section contains the details of customer credit notes, wallet details and FoC orders.
