    Priority in a support system refers to the level of urgency or importance assigned to a particular support ticket or customer issue. It helps determine the order in which support requests are addressed and the resources allocated to resolve them.

    By leveraging BizGaze’s “Priority” app, users can effectively prioritize and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing resource allocation within support teams.

    Stage Workflow

    Field name Description
    Active Priority is open for acceptance by the support team
    Inactive Priority is created and awaiting approval for further process
    Deleted Priority is removed or no longer in use

    This widget contains basic details about the Priority

    Field name Description
    Name Name of the priority is displayed. Priority level helps Support services to determine the urgency of the Issue to be resolved.

    Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.

    Audit
    Created Date The date when the Priority  is created
    Created By The name of the person who created the Priority
    Last Updated Date The last stage changed of the Priority
    Last Updated By The name of the person who last updated the stage
    Status Displays the current status of the Priority
    Time-Line This widget tracks all the activities within the app.
