Introduction

Stages Workflow
Field Name | Description |
Draft | Initial stage where production plans are created and refined before submission for approval |
Approval | The stage where proposed production plans are reviewed and authorized for execution by relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives and resources. |
Active | The point at which approved production plans are initiated and resources are allocated, marking the beginning of the production process. |
In-progress | The phase during which the actual production tasks are being carried out, involving monitoring, coordination, and adjustments to ensure successful execution according to the approved plans. |
Completed | Final stage indicating successful fulfillment of production tasks. |
Rejected | Stage where proposed production plans are declined and need revision. |
Void | A stage where a production process is canceled or nullified. |

This widget contains the organization details of the Work Order
Field Name | Description |
Company | The system displays the name of the company where the production is taking place. The companies are the legal entities representing an association of people with a specific objective. |
Planned Qty | Displays the quantity of items that are planned |
Stage Name | The current stage of the Work Order created |
Branch Name | Displays the name of the branch where production is taking place. As many Businesses operates and have multiple branches in different locations. |
Work Order Items
Field name | Description |
Item Name | Displays name and SKU of the Work Order items. Item name refers to the name or title of a product, service, or item that is being offered for sale or purchase. A SKU, which stands for Stock Keeping Unit, is a unique identifier for each of the products that makes it easier to track inventory |
Quantity/ Unit Price | Quantity of items and Unit price of the item are displayed. Quantity refers to the numerical value that represents the number of items or units that are in the order. Unit Price is the price of an individual item of the order |
Amount | Total amount of the quantity of each individual item |
Work Order Cost
Field name | Description |
Raw Materials Cost | The total cost of the Raw materials used in the production is displayed |
Operations Cost | Total cost of the operations used in the production is displayed |
Total Cost | The combined cost of the Raw Materials cost and Operations cost is displayed |
Work Order Operations
Operation Name | The name of the Operation used in the production is displayed |
Workstation Name | Workstation name used for the operation is displayed, like where the work order operation has taken place. |
Resource name | Resource name of the operation is displayed. |
Time | Time allotted for the operation to take place is displayed in Minutes, Hours, or Days |
Cost | The Cost of the operation shown which was provided by the user while creation process |

Create GRN: Users can also create a GRN of the order by clicking on the Create GRN option

For day-wise representation, each day is typically represented by a column on the chart, and tasks are displayed as horizontal bars spanning the duration of each day they are scheduled for.
For week-wise representation, each week is represented by a column, and tasks are displayed as bars spanning the duration of each week they are scheduled for.
For month-wise representation, each month is represented by a column, and tasks are displayed as bars spanning the duration of each month they are scheduled for.
Activity Log provide users with essential information, notifications, and real-time updates to keep them engaged and informed about key activities in apps related to updates, notifications, and stage changes.
