Production Management Update

    The creation process of Work Order is as follows:

    Navigation: Menu > Production Management App > Listview > Select the Work Order > Edit (Pencil Icon)  

    If user wants to update the already existing Work Order details, user needs to click on ‘Edit’ option at the top right corner and fill in the required details

    Field Name Description
    Company By default the system displays name of the company; if the user want to change the name, select  the company name from the drop-down list
    Branch By default the system displays name of the branch; if the user want to change the name, select  the branch name from the drop-down list
    Series The system loads series as Work Order by default
    Order Date The system by default shows the order date; if user wants to change it, select the order date from the calendar
    Expected Date The system by default shows the Expected date of the order; if user wants to change it, select the order date from the calendar
    Production Deadline The system by default shows the date of Production deadline; if user wants to change it, select the deadline date from the calendar
    Batch No Select the Batch Number from the drop-down list.
    Planned Quantity The system shows the quantity of items planned for production; if user wants to change it, enter the quantity of planned items in the field
    Ref No. By default the system shows reference number of the order. If user wants to change it, enter the reference number in the field
    Work Order Items
    Raw Material – 1
    Cost The system displays the cost allotted for the individual item; if user wants to change it, enter the new cost in the field
    Attachments
    Choose image

    The system shows the Image details provided while creation process; if user wants to change it, select an image from the local storage and upload.

    User can delete the image by clicking on the delete option.

    Apply all the required changes and click on Save.
