The creation process of the Sales Order is as follows:
Navigation: Menu > Sales Order App> Sales Order Listview > Create (+) Sales Order

Customer Credit Health: Customer credit health widget allows users to track the transactions, dues, credit limit, available limits, available advance amount in Customer wallet called credits. Users can click on individual values to view transaction details. | |

Avail Limit | Available Credit Limit is shown here, If the credit crosses the limit, it will show as negative (-) balance |

Customer Campaign Summary | |
Plan Name | The plan name for the customer. |
Earning | The total points earned from the offer. |
Current Qty | The current quantity of the plan for the customer. |
Next Slab | The next slab name. |
Short Fall | The required quantity for the next slab for the customer. |

Search Item | Enter at least one character to search for the item. Here, users can also search the item by SKU |

Users can click on the ‘All Items’ drop-down option to select items based on the ‘Offers’ & ‘Filters’. Offers: When user selects Offers option, the system will display only the Items included in the Offer. Filters: When user selects Filters option, user can select the items based on their Tag(s) and click on ‘Apply’. The system will display only the Items based on the selected Tag(s). |
Enable Piece | When users click on the “Enable Pieces” checkbox. Users can enter item quantities in cartons and pieces. |
Enable Composite Price | When users click on the “Enable Composite Price” checkbox. Users can view the price details including tax for the item. |

PO Date | Select the user purchase order date from the calendar |
Ref No | Reference numbers can enter for the order |
Expected Delivery | Select the expected delivery date from the calendar. |
Payment Term | Select the payment term for the order from the list. |
Terms & Conditions | Enter any additional terms & conditions if required for the order. |

Enter Description | Enter short notes about the order |
Gross Amount | The gross amount for the order |
Discount | The discount amount offered on the order |
Assbl. Amount | The assessable amount for the order |
Total Tax | The total tax on the order |
Net Total | The total amount for the order. |
Apply all the details and click on Save.
